We had several unique traits about our wedding- we’re a mixed race couple (Filipino American and Iban) who was long distance for a good amount of time so we knew we needed a planner who was open to new, less common challenges that had to do with different cultures and time zones. Queenie has been an absolutely super star as my wedding planner. I'm based in Aus, was recommended to me at Sunway hotel where i held my wedding. She was very patience, good listener and understand our requirements from top to bottom. she is not shy of questioning your choices to ensure this is absolute aligns with your expectation or she offers her recommendation. She works well with internal and external parties to ensure all co-ordinations goes according to plan. On the wedding day, it went without a hitch! and i cant praise her enough! She might be tiny but mighty, who goes above and beyond for us. My words cant describe how good she is, if you are stuck with ideas, she got good recommendation depending on your preference. Zara is a multi-talented creative with over 12 years of experience in advertising, design, and photography. With a Diploma in Multimedia Design, she has worked as an Art Director, Designer, and Photographer, and is skilled in event planning, branding, and visual storytelling.
As a wedding planner, she specializes in Malay and interracial weddings, offering cultural sensitivity and a personal touch shaped by her own experience as a mualaf. Zara also works in the F&B industry, creating wellness-focused recovery foods.
Passionate about meaningful details and genuine connection, she is dedicated to helping couples craft heartfelt, memorable weddings with clarity, empathy, and style.
