Have Questions?
Explore our frequently asked questions to better understand our planning process, services, and how we bring each celebration to life. From venue selection to vendor coordination, we thoughtfully guide you through every step of the journey.
I have recently got engaged and I'm not sure where to start
We recommend starting by having a conversation with your partner and families to align on your preferred wedding date, overall vision, and estimated guest size. If you already have a venue in mind, that can also help guide your direction.
We always encourage couples to engage a wedding planner early in the process, ideally before confirming your venue or vendors. This allows you to fully benefit from professional guidance in selecting a venue and suppliers that best suit your vision, budget, and cultural requirements.
Every wedding is unique, especially intercultural celebrations, and requires thoughtful consideration when it comes to venue suitability and vendor selection. Our role is to ensure every detail is intentionally curated rather than approached with a one-size-fits-all mindset.
I need help with wedding planning but I’m unsure whether I should choose full wedding planning or actual day coordination. What is the difference between the two services?
If you foresee that you may not have the time, energy, or experience to source and manage your wedding vendors, venue, and coordination, then our full wedding planning service would be the best fit for you. We take care of the entire planning journey so you can enjoy a stress-free experience and focus on your celebration.
Our full planning service includes budget planning, venue selection, vendor recommendations, coordination, and full wedding day management. We guide you in making informed decisions, help you avoid costly mistakes, and ensure every detail is thoughtfully considered—many of which you may not even realise on your own.
On the other hand, if you are a couple who enjoys research, planning, and taking a more hands-on approach, our partial planning service may be more suitable for you.
With this option, we step in approximately three months before your wedding day to refine your plans, streamline details, and ensure everything is well-prepared. We also provide full coordination on the actual day, managing vendors, timelines, and on-site execution so your day runs smoothly.
How soon should I book you?
To be honest, the earlier the better. Many couples tend to choose popular or auspicious dates, which means availability for these peak periods can be limited quite quickly.
For our full wedding planning service, we recommend booking at least 12 months in advance to ensure ample time for planning and securing the best venues and vendors.
For our partial planning service, we suggest booking at least 3 to 4 months in advance so we have sufficient time to step in, refine your plans, and ensure a smooth execution.
If you already have a preferred date in mind, we encourage you to reach out as early as possible so we can check our availability for you.
What are the next steps after I have booked your service?
